About the property
The villa is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
At the ground floor of the villa, there is a big living room, a dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, exhaust hood, electrical stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a refrigerator) at your disposal.
There is also: a playroom (pool, table tennis, darts), game room (PS4 and a playseat), the outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy freshly made dishes with your family and friends. If you should need a laundry room, it is at your disposal (washing machine, ironing board, iron); of course, there is a heated pool (21 m2), and also a jacuzzi.
On the floor of the villa, there are 4 two-bedded bedrooms. Every room has its bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, two sinks). All the rooms have a view of the sea.
The Villa has three big terraces: the front (with sunshades and deckchairs) the roof (with garden furniture) and the back terrace (with deckchairs), next to which a grassy field for volleyball and badminton, so you can sunbathe all day long.
Parking places are secured for 4 vehicles.
The Villa is climatized and has Internet coverage.

On the day of arrival, accommodation is possible at the object from 16:00 hrs. On departure day, accommodation is at disposal until 10:00 hrs. Shifts: Saturday – Saturday ( from 20.06 to 04.09.2026.)
Remark: In order to secure your reservation, it is needed to make a payment of 30% of the total amount in advance.
